Return to In-Person Health and Fitness Expo Presented by University Hospitals July 14, 2021 The Union Home Mortgage Cleveland Marathon announced today that its Health and Fitness Expo will return in person to Cleveland this year.

The expo, presented by University Hospitals, will be held in Hall A of the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland Oct. 22-23 and will precede the in-person race, which is scheduled for Oct. 23-24 downtown.

The Cleveland Marathon Announces 2021 Registration September 01, 2020 Cleveland Marathon Announces 2021 Registration, Event Details for 2021 Race Weekend

CLEVELAND (Aug. 28, 2020) – The Cleveland Marathon announced today that registration for the 2021 race is now open. The marathon staff also announced details of the 44th running of Cleveland’s premier race, which will take place May 15-16, 2021, in downtown Cleveland.

The marathon continues to work with city and state departments of health, as well as our medical partner, University Hospitals, to protect the safety of all participants in 2021.

Dash Across The Land with the Cleveland Marathon and UH Sports Medicine August 05, 2020 CLEVELAND, OH – Aug. 4, 2020 – The Cleveland Marathon and UH Sports Medicine are proudly partnering to present this first-ever virtual race to support more than 50 Northeast Ohio high schools and colleges. Proceeds from the event, which will be held Aug. 14-17, will help UH Sports Medicine provide these schools with the appropriate supplies to keep student athletes healthy and safe during the 2020 – 2021 school year. Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon Goes Virtual Due to COVID-19 March 25, 2020 Cleveland, OH – March 25, 2020 – The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon announced today that the 2020 marathon and related events scheduled for May 16-17 have been converted to a Virtual Event due to the COVID-19 epidemic. As alternatives, runners may participate in the Virtual Event or defer their participation to the 2021 or 2022 race.
