We’re excited to open applications for the 2026 UH Cleveland Marathon Ambassador Program — and we’d love for you to be part of it!

As an ambassador, you’ll help share the excitement of race weekend, inspire fellow runners, and represent our vibrant Cleveland running community.

Program Requirements

· Participate in the 2026 Cleveland Marathon – distance of your choice.

· Promote the Cleveland Marathon across your social media channels and throughout your local community.

· Provide race weekend support, including fulfilling a volunteer shift.

· Help to relay information and updates from the Cleveland Marathon across your social media channels.

· Answer basic questions from friends and followers regarding the Cleveland Marathon.

· Repost content shared by the Cleveland Marathon to boost engagement.

· Share at least (2) posts monthly across your social media channels related to the Cleveland Marathon - Topics can include, but are not limited to: Registering for your desired race distance, updates related to your training, favorite memories from the Cleveland Marathon, pre-race rituals, race day routine, etc.

· Share a post-race recap across your social media channels within 48 hours of race weekend.

· Share the official Cleveland Marathon ambassador badge on your social media channels.

· Help to distribute race materials throughout your local community – running stores, fitness studios, expos, etc.
