Uh Drusinsky Sports Medicine Institute Logo

Our most popular event, the half marathon, offers a great view of the downtown Cleveland and it landmarks and great volunteer support. The course has been designed for our athletes to enjoy views of Lake Erie and many other Cleveland highlights. The 13.1 mile course mirrors the first half of the marathon course. Half marathoners will turn off at that time, but finish at the same location as the marathoners. The half marathon route is USATF certified.

  • USA Track and Field course certified
  • 7 water stations along course
  • University Hospitals aid station at every water station
  • Nuun Hydration along course

*Minimum age requirement - 14
