how do I switch or transfer events?

Once you are SIGNED IN to your Race Roster account:

  1. On the right hand side, below the Register button, click the Transfer button
  2. Sign in using the account information used when registering 
  3. Select between transfer TO A NEW SUB-EVENT or TRANSFER TO A NEW PARTICIPANT
  • For a new sub-event you will be prompted to select the new sub-event and then to start transfer. From there you will be asked to fill out the form and proceed with the new registration as normal.
  • For a transfer to a new participant you will be prompted to enter the email of the new participant. Once you initiate this transfer, the new participant will receive an email with a link to complete the transfer.

There is a $20 one-time fee to transfer to another person and/or switch events.


how do i edit personal information?

Once you are SIGNED IN to your Race Roster account:

  1. Use your email associated with your Race Roster account, select 'Yes, I have a Password' and enter your password. (Having trouble with signing in? https://raceroster.com/forgot-password)
  2. Navigate to the far right corner of your screen and select the Menu.
  3. Click Dashboard under the participant section
  4. Scroll down and click EDIT REGISTRATION to change your shirt size, estimated finish time (pace), custom bib, email address and more.


From your Participant Dashboard you can also

  • Access details for your upcoming events (use white box in top bar to select the right event)
  • Search for other events to sign up for
  • Edit your fundraising pledge page, monitor funds raised and share it on social media
  • View all your transaction details and receipts
  • Manage your pending transfer requests


Are there refunds or deferrals?

Sorry there are no refunds or deferrals to future events.
