Volunteers Spectators

It is with much regret that the 2020 Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon will not take place this year due to COVID-19. Please see full release here.

Volunteer Coordinator, Teddy Kertis, will be in touch with you regarding next year's race. Please stay safe and healthy! For any questions, please contact Teddy at tckertis2@gmail.com.

commit to giving back

Spectators and volunteers are some of the most important people in Cleveland on race day. Without their support, the Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon events would not be possible. There are a variety of ways to help as a volunteer - and runners couldn't be more thankful for your support on race day.

We encourage spectators to line the course and cheer on the participants. Gather your friends, family and neighbors and throw a block party along the course on race morning. The experience of watching a world-class marathon is very thrilling and motivating - even early on a Sunday morning!
