Coach Jenny Hadfield is a professional trainer and motivational speaker. Hadfield’s coaching style was developed through her own personal struggles to become a top-ranked endurance athlete. She has run many races and received numerous honors, including third place division in The North Face Challenge 50K Ultra Marathon, 11th overall female in the GORE-TEX TransRockies Run 3 and first place division in the XTERRA Torn Shirt Duatholon.
Hadfield is the co-author of three books geared toward the running community, Marathoning for Mortals, Running for Mortals and Training for Mortals. In addition to being a published author, Hadfield is a featured columnist for many respected publications, including Women’s Running Magazine, RunnersWorld.com and the Chicago Tribune.
Coach Jenny has developed training programs for all levels from walkers, to run-walkers to runners for the marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K race distances

- 5K and 10K Training Programs - offers training for walk, run-walk, runner beginner, runner intermediate and runner advanced. This is a 10-week training program.
